  1. Products and Orders

1.1 Product Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our granola and nut butter products available for purchase. However, please note that actual colors, flavors, and packaging may vary slightly from what is displayed on the Site.

1.2 Placing Orders: By placing an order through the Site, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging your purchase.

  1. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing: All prices displayed on the Site are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price for that specific order will not change.

2.2 Payment: We accept payment through secure online methods, including credit/debit cards and other authorized payment gateways. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment information is inaccurate, incomplete, or deemed fraudulent.

  1. Shipping

3.1 Local Shipping (Bahrain):

3.1.1 Shipping within Bahrain is completed within 1 to 3 working days, depending on product availability. All orders are trackable through the shipping provider. Orders are processed during working hours and scheduled for the next available delivery slot. Delivery timelines may vary based on availability and operational capacity. Orders placed during national holidays may experience additional delays. Any delays will be communicated to customers where possible.

3.2 International Shipping:

3.2.1 We offer international shipping through third party logistics providers. Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply depending on the destination. Any additional charges imposed by local customs authorities are the responsibility of the buyer. These charges vary by country and are outside our control, so it is recommended to check with your local customs office for more details.

  1. Returns and Refunds

4.1 Returns: We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. We may request supporting evidence, such as photographs, to facilitate the return process.

4.2 Refunds: Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be provided as a replacement, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
