Ingredients:
* Rice paper
* Purple cabbage
* Carrot
* Cucumber
* Avocado
For the sauce:
* 2 tablespoons peanut butter
* Sesame oil
* ½ teaspoon maple syrup
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
* 1 teaspoon rice oil
* 1 clove garlic, minced
* 1 tablespoon water
Instructions:
Dip the rice paper in water on both sides. Then, fill it with the vegetables, roll it up, and cut it in half. Mix all the sauce ingredients together and serve.
